To all Clintonites, age 80 or over who call Clinton "home" The "Over 80 Morning Coffee Get Together" committee is looking forward to your attendance!

Greeters Sandy (Strand) Casper, Anita (Olson) Ronning, Kaye Moberg and Betty (Zemple) Casper will welcome you to the 2008 Coffee Get-Together exclusively for those who are over 80 years young and who share stories of history up and down the streets and out in the countryside of Clinton's past. Should the guest necessitae an escort due to a health issue, we ask you, too, to please pre-register as teh Committee will have an accurate attendance count.

As you will be pre-registered by completing the form as indicated above, Marlene (Sparby) Alberts and Karen "Pokey (Moberg) Inglis will have your name tag all ready for you upon your arrival in teh spacious, handicap accessible narthex of Trinity Lutheran Church on Friday, July 4, 2008. Doors open at 9:00 am. The program will begin at 9:30 am.

Debbie (Finberg) Maher and Arla Mae (Hagen) Discher will have an awesome display of memorabilia from various Clinton businesses, which will take us back to a time to enjoy.

Next, step into the temperature controlled festively decorated Fellowship Hall where Dave and Megan Scholberg will be providing background music for your listening enjoyment.

Marianne (Behlen) Morrill, Betty (Bell) Morrill, Becky (Mathison) Stattelman, Tina (Discher) Nelson and Terri Discher are kitchen hostesses preparing the fireworks stic meat and cheese skewers, fresh fruit and a danish pastery served with a choice of coffee or hot tea. Guests will be served by assigned hostesses.

The homemade favors and door prizes will be awarded to our "Over 80" guests who have inspired, encouraged and motivated us in so many ways over the years.

The program will consist of a "Welcome Home to Clinton" special, a time to reminisce and sing along, share some Clinton and Minnesota trivia, acknowledgments and closing.
